One of my most requested recipes of all time is also one of the most easy recipes of all time.

Let me introduce you to Velveeta Queso Dip.  It was affectionately dubbed “Dangerous Dudreck Dip,” by a good friend in Chicago.

Yes, it gets the most requests and it is always the first thing gone at any party.  Today I made a double batch of it for my husband to take to his class.  His students ate every last drop!

The recipe is real hard, so pay attention…

1 large block of Velveeta cheese, cut up in cubes
2 cans rotel, original style
1 lb. Jimmy Dean pork sausage, cooked and crumbled

Melt Velveeta cheese in a bowl in the microwave, stirring it every 2 minutes.  Stir in rotel and cooked sausage.  Serve with tortilla chips.
